Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through Slyck Ltd (“Slyck”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to Slyck, you agree to the terms set out below.

Subscription Payments

Slyck operates on a recurring subscription basis, billed either monthly or annually depending on the plan you select at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our authorised merchant of record.

By starting a subscription you authorise Slyck to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. On cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.

We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (for example, due to a technical fault or duplicate billing).
  • You cancel within 14 days of your first payment and no significant work has been carried out on your behalf during that period.

Refund requests outside these circumstances are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to issue refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with output, or failure to use the service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at with your account email address and a brief description of the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for a full year. If you cancel an annual plan, your access continues until the end of the annual period. Refunds for annual plans are only issued where required by applicable law or where a billing error has occurred.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or via a notice in your account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
